A personal message from Chef Michael

  

Preparing seafood and a unique mixture of Mediterranean dishes for my patrons has always been my passion. The Seafire Grill represents an elegant, yet family oriented, restaurant where I can explore my creativity and serve what Richmond has been lacking – local fresh fish, shellfish, and premium cuts of beef.

As you have probably heard through "The Grapevine," my family strives to ensure not only the finest cuisine, but superior personal service that has separated us from the chains.

You will rarely see me as I am cooking and overseeing the kitchen operation literally every day of the week. You may hear my booming voice resounding from the back of the house from time to time, but it is strictly because I want your meal to be perfect.

 

Please feel free to ask to speak with me at any time or just stop my son Mitchell. He can be found perusing our dining room making conversation and gathering feedback as to how you are enjoying your dining experience.

 

My daughter Marianne and my wife Mary, who are usually in the kitchen critiquing my work, want to assure you we only want the best for our guests who we hope become regular patrons at our newest restaurant, the Seafire Grill.
