last night and I realized that I had not written you to thank you for the wonderful rehearsal dinner on July 10.
Please forgive me for being so late.
Our event was perfect. The bride and
groom were thrilled with everything and we got lots of compliments about both the food and the service. We had
people from the Richmond area and from out of town and may have won you some new customers.
Sophie Morais handled everything
beautifully. She was delightful to work with in the planning stages and kept everything moving perfectly that
evening. The other young woman who helped her that night (Angela?) also did a great job.

and the rest of the Trak family for a wonderful and amazing rehearsal dinner you hosted for our newlyweds the
other weekend. The rave and comments from all those in attendance were off the chart and the food!!! My God the
food and the service was superb. I wish the reception the next day was even close to our experience the night
before!! As a matter of fact, many of those the next day came up to me and said they were so grateful for
feeding them the way we did the night before, otherwise they’d be starving…lol!! So Rita…thank you! You were
gracious and a pleasure to work with in taking the extra time setting up a truly amazing dining experience. You
are now officially on my list of top places to eat and hold future functions. Take care and we wish you all the

"I just wanted to take a moment to
recognize not only the food, but the service commitment of the Trak Family. Our Richmond WIRE (Women In Real
Estate) Network of Professionals have been dining here for the last 6 months for our meetings. Not only do they
not charge a fee for reservation of their banquet/meeting rooms, but they have been the first restaurant to ever
open their location exclusively to us before business hours and even print a specialized menu for us. Wayne has
been our server, Ryan has helped us reserve our spaces, and the Trak Family entirely (every generation) has met
the professionals of the group! Now, this is service!! We love you and declare you are “recession-proof”!!!"
"Our family has become regulars at the Seafire. We either eat dinner or just stop in at the bar for a drink. We
have brought six or seven other couples/families to the Seafire and everyone has enjoyed their meals, whether it's
seafood, steak, chicken, or lamb (my favorite)."
"I have eaten there three times, two steaks and the apricot chicken. It has always been prepared exactly to my
desire, med rare and full of juice on the steak. Moist and thick for the chicken, love the salsa. I particularly
like the separated dining areas, as they provide a feeling of intimacy, and you can have a conversation without
shouting. As Mikey would say try it you'll like it."
"I recently dined at the Seafire. We were a party of seven. We had the stuffed mushrooms, Oysters Rockefeller, and
shrimp as appetizers. All were perfect. All of our entrees were also perfect. From the stuffed shrimp, beef
tenderloin, stuffed flounder, to the Mahi Mahi. The drinks and desserts were also perfect. The wait staff were all
knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable and were there at the right times. I highly recommend the Seafire and is
for now my favorite restaurant."
